Paramount Senior Living at Polaris

I recently moved my dad into Paramount. I’m so pleased with the facility, the staff and the accommodations. From my initial visit I could tell the staff really care about the residents.  The staff mentioned to me several times they are taking their time to get to know him so they can best meet his needs. My dad is encouraged to engage in facility activities and he is actively participating in physical therapy. This is a huge improvement from the Sterling facility where he lived prior to Paramount. The housekeeping and laundry staff keep his room and clothes extremely clean. All of this is much appreciated!

This facility is full of LOVE. It's an older facility. Not flashy, not fancy, but care is their first priority. My Dad came here, and he's received the most loving, kind, compassionate care I've ever seen. The entire staff from Mary at the desk, to Caleb my Dad's CNA, to the ladies who clean the facility are wonderful. I wish we found this facility sooner. It brings me happy tears to know these kind people care for my Dad and love him.

My mother has been living here, a year now, and we love the place. The foremost decision for Paramount was proximity for my dad to still drive and visit. Given her lack of mobility, she can still have a fulfilling experience and gets great care.
